# OpenCopy

> An independent press publishing interlinear books for language learners, sold as paperback and Kindle editions on Amazon.

OpenCopy publishes interlinear editions of classics, fables, scripture and vocabulary builders in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese and Chinese. In an interlinear book, a literal English gloss is printed directly beneath every word of the original text, so readers can read real literature in the original language without stopping for a dictionary. Chinese editions also carry a pinyin line.

Important: opencopy.org is the press's brochure site. It shows sample pages, edition details and the method; it does not host full texts. The complete books are available exclusively through Amazon, as paperbacks and Kindle ebooks.
